In March we traveled to Colby College Museum of Art for a private showing of a portion of the collection of master photographers including: Margaret Bourke-White, Paul Caponigro, Ansel Adams, Imogen Cunningham, and Minor White. This was a rare opportunity for our club members to view these photographs in ‘The Large Print Room’, a private area of the museum. We also had time to visit the museum gallery before our one hour private viewing.
